Make an online booking this busy December
06 December 2023
The City’s Customer Offices are typically busier over the festive period as many residents choose this time of the year to pay their municipal accounts, renew licence discs and attend to their other urgent business. The City urges residents to make use of our convenient online booking system to save time and get ahead of the queue or use our e-Services. We remind residents that the December public holidays will affect operating hours, and that some of the City’s Customer Offices will be closed.
'As we approach the busier customer office days this December, we remind residents to use our e-Services options and to make an online booking when visiting a Customer Office in person. Municipal customer offices, including payment, account enquiries, motor vehicle licensing offices, driving licence testing centres and Human Settlements offices will be closed on certain days this festive period. Residents are encouraged to check the City's website or to call ahead before visiting their nearest office,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Finance, Councillor Siseko Mbandezi.
